1. Who we are

Olimly (“we”, “our”, “the service”) is a personal dashboard for Jewish immigrants to Israel (olim). The service is available at olimly.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide directly:

  • Name and email address (registration)
  • Date of aliyah
  • Date of birth and gender
  • City of residence in Israel
  • Document statuses (Teudat Ole, Teudat Zehut, bank account, etc.)
  • Driver's license details (expiry date, years of experience)
  • Support ticket messages

We also collect basic anonymous usage data (page views, visit timestamps) to understand how the service is used.

3. How we use your data

  • To display your personalised benefit countdowns and todo list
  • To send transactional emails (verification code, password reset)
  • To respond to your support tickets
  • To improve the service

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We share data with the following processors only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

  • Railway — application hosting (EU/US servers)
  • Prisma Postgres — database (stores all account and profile data)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (receives your email address to send verification and password reset emails)

5. Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data via Settings
  • Delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Account → Delete account
  • Request a data export by emailing us

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
