1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Olimly (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Olimly is

Olimly is an informational tool that helps Jewish immigrants to Israel (olim) track government benefit deadlines and post-aliyah tasks. The service is provided “as is” and is currently in public beta.

Olimly is not a legal or financial advisor. Information shown in the app is for general guidance only. Always verify deadlines and eligibility with the relevant Israeli government authority.

3. Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to use this service.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service in bulk
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Olimly running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in Olimly belongs to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of data you enter into the service (your profile, document statuses, etc.).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olimly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed benefit deadlines. Use the service as a helpful reminder tool, not as your sole source of truth.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
